HR Operations Coordinator

OverviewJob PurposeIntercontinental Exchange seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team. The Human Resources Operations Coordinator will collaborate with the broader HR team to provide frontline support to our global HR and employee community. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of HR functions and involves general administrative duties to support various HR projects.ResponsibilitiesProvide timely and accurate frontline support to employees and the HR team regarding policies and processesAdminister HR data and record management, ensuring compliance with processes, audits, quality standards, and legal requirementsCreate and maintain process documentation for the end-users of HR systemsMaintain accurate employee records and prepare contracts and letters for managers and employeesFacilitate ongoing engagement with HR functional teams and the broader HR groupProvide transactional support for global HR teams in the company HRIS (Oracle HCM)Troubleshoot employee operational issues within the HRIS and Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS)Track and respond to global compliance and audit requestsPerform administrative duties related to daily HR functionsAssist with other ad hoc assignments as neededKnowledge and ExperienceBachelor’s degree1+ year of experience in an administrative or similar roleStrong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with internal and external groupsProficiency in multitasking, organizing, prioritizing, and structuring tasks and informationReliability, responsibility, and discretion in handling highly confidential informationStrong execution skills and acute attention to detailExcellent problem-solving skillsHigh proficiency in Microsoft ExcelWillingness and ability to work in a team environmentExperience with Oracle HCM Cloud or iCIMS Applicant Tracking System is a plusAbility to develop relationships at various levels within a business Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
