Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Riverside, CA within the food and beverage production industry. This role is responsible for leading daily food manufacturing operations, improving production performance, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and developing high-performing plant teams.

The Manufacturing Manager will play a key leadership role in driving operational efficiency, quality, safety, and continuous improvement across the production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on manufacturing leader who thrives in a fast-paced food processing setting and enjoys building strong teams, solving operational challenges, and contributing to long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily food processing plant operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and customer requirements are met.
- Lead, supervise, train, and develop production staff while fostering a safe, positive, and productive work environment.
- Manage production schedules, monitor workflow, resolve production issues, and adjust resources as needed to maintain efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, food safety, environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Analyze production data, implement process improvements, support Lean Manufacturing initiatives, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance, inventory control, budget management, inspections, documentation, and cross-functional communication.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $120,000 to $125,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: Riverside, CA.
