About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Health Plan Analytics to lead the advancement of analytics and insights that support the organization's strategic goals in affordability, quality, growth, and member experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of areas, including regulatory reporting, quality performance analytics, medical cost management, revenue optimization, and provider network analytics. This role requires a leader with a deep understanding of payer experience, particularly in the context of health plan analytics, and the ability to modernize and integrate data environments to deliver decision-ready analytics. The VP will also be tasked with developing talent and building a strong leadership team within the analytics function. Candidates for the Vice President position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree or professional credential preferred, and at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in health plan analytics. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in areas such as HEDIS, Medicare Stars, and CAHPS, as well as experience in claims analytics, total cost of care reporting, and provider network strategy. Strong skills in data governance, master data management, and data quality assurance are essential, as is the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong partnership orientation with IT, finance, operations, and clinical leadership, and a commitment to the values of integrity, stewardship, and continuous improvement.
