Dynamics 365 CRM Admin - Marketing & Insights

LATICRETE International, Inc. is seeking a Dynamics365 Administrator in Washington, D.C. to manage the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Microsoft Dynamics365 platform. This role focuses on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys and requires strong collaboration with development and cross-functional teams to align CRM systems with business needs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science, relevant certifications, and at least 2 years of CRM experience.
