Behavior Consultant

Overview BCI is hiring a Behavior Consultant (BCBA) to join them in providing high-quality, evidence-based, contemporary ABA therapy to children with autism. Our clinicians deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment. For over 20 years, BCI has provided evidence-based, contemporary ABA therapy to help children and young adults with autism find success. Our goal is to empower our clients to build the skills needed to live a happy and fulfilling life. LEARN Behavioral is a collective group of ABA providers delivering collaborative care to communities from coast-to-coast, employing over 500 BCBAs and offering services in 18 states. Responsibilities Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs) (note all BTs go through competency-based training) Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members Treat the safety of clients and others involved in each case as a top priority Consult with clients and provide continuous program direction and maintenance Analyze data/behavior and make data-based decisions Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures Ensure program directives from the senior clinical team are implemented accurately and timely Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in the principles of assent-based treatment Qualifications Master’s degree or higher Minimum two years of experience as a BCBA Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and vocal) Commitment to values: partnership, integrity, curiosity, client-centered, and excellence Benefits This is an hourly consultant role Promotional and leadership opportunities Comprehensive wellness benefits, including Talkspace, care.com, and LEARN Perks (discounts) 28 days of total paid time off for new, full-time BCBAs Full-time and part-time benefits available including Medical, Vision, Dental 401(k) with discretionary match starting at year 1 Accident benefit, short-term disability, life/AD&D Insurance, and more BCI/LEARN Behavioral is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
