Part-Time – Approx. 10 hours/week
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Clinical Outreach & Referral Coordinator to expand our community presence and increase client referrals. This role is responsible for developing and implementing market-driven outreach initiatives, building strong partnerships, and representing our organization within the community.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, Clincis, schools, and community organizations
- Build and manage referral pipelines to support client enrollment and program growth
- Represent the organization at health fairs, networking events, and community outreach activities
- Conduct regular outreach (calls, visits, presentations) to referral sources
- Educate partners on available behavioral health services (including Medi-Cal and commercial plans)
- Collaborate with internal leadership on marketing and growth strategies
- Track outreach efforts, referral activity, and engagement outcome
- Experience in healthcare outreach, marketing, business development, or sales (behavioral health preferred)
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet outreach targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Flexible part-time schedule
