Treatment Coordinator

Overview

Monarch Dental supported by Smile Brands is looking for an experienced and personable Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team in Allen, TX!

We are seeking a motivated professional with strong communication skills, dental knowledge, and a passion for helping patients feel confident about their treatment and care.


Schedule (days/hours)

M-F 8-5
Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans and financial options to patients
• Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage
• Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-up care
• Support front office operations and patient flow
• Build strong relationships with patients and create a positive experience
• Work closely with doctors and clinical staff to ensure seamless care

Qualifications

• Previous dental treatment coordinating experience required
• Experience with insurance verification and breakdowns
• Strong understanding of dental terminology and treatment planning
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

$21-$24/hour
