Patient Care TechnicianWe prioritize candidates who can be matched to the right setting quickly. We're looking for skilled and attentive Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to support nursing staff and deliver compassionate care in hospitals, long-term care facilities, or outpatient centers.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditionsAssist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility)Perform EKGs and phlebotomy (if trained)Support nurses with clinical tasks and patient comfortTransport patients and maintain clean patient areasQualifications:Completion of PCT program or CNA + phlebotomy/EKG trainingBLS certification (required in most facilities)6 months+ experience in patient care preferredStrong clinical knowledge, communication, and empathy
