This position is an onsite position at our client’s Wheaton, IL office 60187.Tenant Services Coordinator Non-Clinical - Administrative - Job Description:This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and operational support within a property management setting. The Tenant Services Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring tenant satisfaction, managing service requests, and facilitating communication between tenants and the property operations team.Tenant Services Coordinator Non-Clinical - Administrative - Responsibilities:• Provide a single point of contact for Property Operations customer service.• Assess tenant and service needs, assigning priority to requests.• Direct and monitor service requests to assigned staff.• Resolve complex tenant and visitor situations, consulting management as required.• Facilitate a collaborative approach to service delivery and problem-solving.• Identify and report key tenant service issues and trends.• Manage vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring service compliance.• Assist in budget preparation and coordinate billing and expense projects.• Plan and execute activities such as room scheduling and event preparation.• Develop and maintain policies and procedures to meet satisfaction goals.• Author responses on behalf of the Manager or department.• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.Tenant Services Coordinator Non-Clinical - Administrative - Mandatory Skills:• Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of experience in a business office or professional environment.• Strong leadership, organization, and planning skills.• Proficiency in personal computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.Tenant Services Coordinator Non-Clinical - Administrative – Nice-to-Have Skills:• Experience in property management or related field.• Knowledge of contract management and vendor relations.• Experience with budget preparation and financial coordination.• Familiarity with building operations and tenant relations.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Tenant Services Coordinator Non-Clinical - Administrative – Assignment Length:This is a contract position.Tenant Services Coordinator Non-Clinical - Administrative - Start Date:ASAP.Tenant Services Coordinator Non-Clinical - Administrative - Assignment Location:Wheaton, Illinois, United States, onsite.This posting is for an existing vacancy. #J-18808-Ljbffr Procom
