Business Development Representative I / Application Training Specialist
The Application Training Specialist position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in healthcare operations, business development, and client relations. Essential Functions

• Utilize and train clients on EHR / EMR practice management systems
• Provide ongoing support to clients and patients, assisting with troubleshooting and system updates as needed, including: Unmatched Patient Reconciliation Queue, Outstanding IT/BD Tickets review, and Duplicate Patient Reconciliation.
• Support clients and patients by completing tasks to close clinical gaps identified in case conferences
• Perform data entry and analysis for various billing and non-billing related projects
• Coordinate and/or complete activities with other departments to ensure alignment and completion of project objectives
• Execute or support tasks which foster positive business relations with all business partners and patients
• Complete High Risk Patient Chart Reviews
• Promote Interoperability and Quality Measure reporting tasks
• Complete departmental focused tasks including, but not limited to: Targeted EHR, Oracle Health Patient Administration, and Seamless Exchange / Integration.
