About This Role

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving financial performance, customer satisfaction, and team leadership at your location. This is a dynamic role that requires someone who can excel in sales, staff development, and operational execution, while embodying Bingham Cyclery\'s culture and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales revenue, margin, and expense targets
• Consistently rank among the top sales performers in the store
• Drive 5-star customer experiences across all interactions
• Lead daily team meetings for Sales, Service, and Inventory
• Develop and implement staff training programs
• Manage inventory processes including receiving, ordering, and cycle counts

Additional Responsibilities

• Participate in budgeting and KPI review meetings
• Supervise and schedule technicians to meet service timelines
• Support monthly events, clinics, and in-store engagement initiatives
• Foster a culture of professionalism, fairness, and accountability

Requirements

• Minimum two years of retail management experience
• Minimum two years of retail sales experience, preferably in the bicycle industry
• Passion for cycling and active lifestyle culture
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Proven ability to manage KPIs and financial performance
• Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and POS systems
• Flexible schedule availability including weekends

Preferred candidates will have experience in any or all of the following:

• Google Suite and Bicycle Repair tools
• Sales Strategy formulation experience and proficiency in multiple languages (Spanish or additional languages)
