Attention to detail, cleanliness, and pride in the product are essential. What You’ll Do Prepare and roll sushi items according to company standards Maintain consistency in presentation, portioning, and quality Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with prep including cutting ingredients and portioning fish Keep a clean, organized, and efficient workstation Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service What We’re Looking For Interest in seafood and sushi preparation Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Strong Knife skills What We Offer Hands-on training in sushi preparation and seafood handling Opportunities for growth within the company Fast-paced, team-driven work environment Competitive pay based on experience Health/dental insurance benefits for qualifying employees Hourly pay + Tips!
