Careage Home Health is looking for a Full Time Licensed Physical Therapy Assistants (LPTA) to join their team! This position will cover the Rural South (Kent, Auburn, Federal Way, Des Moines and Covington) area.

$5,000 Sign On Bonus!! Payable at 1 year of Full Time employment. Mileage Reimbursement $36.50-47.75 (DOE)

A Licensed PTA administers physical therapy to patients intermittently in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Registered Physical Therapist (PT).

Requirements

• 2 years experience preferred
• Currently Licensed, Registered or Certified in Washington State
• 2 years certified by the American Physical Therapy Association
