Quality Control Inspector

Position Title: Quality Inspector Pay Range: $23 - $25 / hour Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm M-F Location: Anaheim, CA The scope covers responsibilities that include inspecting, testing, sampling of medical devices being manufactured, inspections of incoming materials and components, in process sub-assemblies, and finished products. The QC Inspector is required to have technical knowledge of all quality standards. The position functions in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while prioritizing multiple tasks and maintaining the highest level of compliance and quality. This position also performs a range of administrative tasks and office systems functions. Duties and Responsibilities: HBO Chamber/mixer/ventilator assembly, receiving overhaul and service HBO and mixer. Overhaul and Service manufacturing cell. Pressure testing, visual verifications, functional testing, some measuring using small measuring equipment. Compiles reviews and distributes quality assurance inspection and release documentation ensuring completeness, accuracy and quality system/GMP compliance. Collects quality trend data for month-end quality performance reports. Participates in Quality Department continuous improvement projects and Lean-Sig-sigma activities. Requirements, Experience & Education High school graduate or GED; and Minimum 2 years working in a regulated industry, quality control environment. Electromechanical medical device manufacturing preferred.
