• Lead, coach, and develop service team members to meet and exceed performance goals
• Manage service scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation
• Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a service management or supervisory role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with service management software or scheduling tools
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
