A premier concierge medical practice in the city of Newport Beach is seeking an experienced Back Office Medical Assistant to join its patient-focused team. The ideal candidate is a skilled healthcare professional who can work independently, support physicians and clinical staff, and provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.
The Back Office Medical Assistant is responsible for obtaining and documenting vital signs, patient histories, and chief complaints; performing EKGs; administering injections and vaccinations; performing phlebotomy and processing laboratory specimens; and maintaining accurate EMR documentation. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding patient experience. Pay Rate: $26.00 – $28.00/hr DOE
Shift: Monday - Friday / 8:00AM – 5:00PM
City: Corona Del Mar, CA
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a medical office, concierge practice, or outpatient setting preferred
- Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) credential preferred, or equivalent clinical experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in performing EKGs
- Strong phlebotomy skills and experience with blood draws
- Experience administering vaccines and injections
- Proficient in EMR documentation and clinical charting
