Event Staff

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Event Staff member to support promotional events, customer engagement, brand representation, and event operations. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who enjoy active environments, meeting new people, representing companies professionally, and working as part of a team. Responsibilities Welcome attendees and provide friendly assistance. Engage with customers and prospective customers during events. Present and explain products and services professionally. Identify customer needs and direct them toward appropriate products or solutions. Distribute promotional materials and assist with event displays. Support event setup, operation, and breakdown. Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional event environment. Support lead generation and customer engagement activities. Build positive relationships with customers and event attendees. Communicate customer feedback and event observations to team members. Support individual and team goals during promotional events. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, friendly, and professional demeanor. Comfortable interacting with customers in person. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Previous event, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
