Job Summary We are seeking an energetic Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement, product presentations, and event operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and contributing to successful in-person events within a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities Welcome attendees and engage with customers and prospective customers. Present products and services in a friendly and professional manner. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information. Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest. Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown. Maintain clean, organized, and professional event areas. Build positive relationships with customers and event attendees. Support lead generation and customer follow-up activities. Communicate customer questions and event needs to team members. Assist coworkers with event-related activities and daily priorities. Help organize and store promotional materials after events. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, outgoing, and professional personality. Comfortable interacting with customers and the public. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous event, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
