Temporary Admin Clerk Details:
- Temporary position
- $22.08 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Support scheduling, data entry, and basic administrative tasks
- Provide support to team members on projects as needed
- Creating electronic records from hard copies and storing them in an archive that is available to customer service and service warranty
Temporary Admin Clerk Qualifications:
- 1+ year of administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office/Excel
- Accurate data entry and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with scheduling
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
