Business Analyst
We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong Life Insurance domain experience. Experience working with Contact Center platforms is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Life Insurance business teams (Individual and Group) to gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for the NICE CXone platform implementation. Ensure formal business approval and sign-off on requirements.
- Collaborate with Business Architecture, Telephony, and external application teams to identify and define integration requirements, specifically involving AI Next and Service Desktop/Salesforce. Prior knowledge or experience working with AI Next would be an advantage.
- Facilitate requirements discovery sessions to: Identify new capabilities beyond the existing contact center platform. Assess business value and define scope. Prioritize enhancements. Evaluate platform fit and functionality.
- Work closely with the Architecture team to ensure requirements align with enterprise architecture principles and integrate appropriately with existing applications and platforms.
- Support the Development team in understanding business and functional requirements. Collaborate with the Testing and Business teams to identify appropriate testing requirements for SIT/UAT and ensure successful validation of implemented functionality across various project phases.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong Business Analyst experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Life Insurance domain, including Individual and/or Group Insurance.
- Experience with Contact Center platforms; NICE CXone experience is highly desirable.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business requirements.
- Knowledge of Telephony and Contact Center integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce/Service Desktop.
- Experience with AI Next is an advantage.
- Experience supporting SIT and UAT.
- Strong stakeholder management and requirements facilitation skills.
