JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Board: Board Certified (BC) in Hematology/Oncology
  • Licenses: Active Florida Medical License
  • Experience: Procedure log requirements met
  • Other Qualifications: Clean background and NPDB; Up-to-date CV and Lee Attestation Form required
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care
  • Collaborate with physician assistants, medical assistants, and registered nurses
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records
  • Adhere to all credentialing and compliance requirements
  • Participate in procedure log documentation as required
