Kitchen Crew Position

The primary commitment of the Kitchen Crew is to provide an exceptional food to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our Guests. This experience will leave the guests craving to return soon and share their excitement (food shots and selfies are preferred). Achieving this means you must embrace the Hideaway Way, excel in the Hideaway Service Standards, have superior product knowledge and skills, and present yourself in a professional yet fun way.

Responsibilities include:

• Embrace and internalize THE WAY.
• Fanatic execution of the Hideaway Service Standards and Steps of Service.
• Robust understanding and production of all food items; prep and production.
• Intense application of food safety practices.
• Consistently work as a team to achieve a productive and smooth shift with excellent communication.
• Obsessively maintain a clean and safe environment for the Guest and Team Members.
• Vigorously protect the financial interests of you and Hideaway Pizza.
• Always create a fun environment.
• Other duties as assigned to support the success of the Guest experience.

Requirements include:

• Must be 16 years or older in selected markets based on criteria (state and county specific).
• Have and maintain required licenses: Food Handler (state and county specific).
• Work a varied schedule, including shifts, days, holidays, doubles, positions, and events.
• Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook and job-specific training guides.
• Communicate effectively and work cooperatively with fellow Crew Members and Managers.
• Meet the physical requirement of the position, including standing for extended periods (up to 10 hours), walking frequently, lifting up to 40 pounds, carrying up to 25 pounds, bending, reaching, stooping, climbing and descending stairs (location specific), and performing repetitive motions.
