Bob Boyte Honda - Brandon is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth at our dealership located in Brandon, MS. The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader with a proven track record of success in automotive sales management, dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives.

Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify new opportunities.

Maintain strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and partners.

Provide coaching, training, and support to sales staff to enhance productivity and professional growth.

Ensure compliance with company policies, automotive regulations, and ethical standards.

Oversee inventory management and vehicle merchandising to maximize sales potential.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting related to the sales department.

Requirements

Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or similar role in automotive sales.

Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

In-depth knowledge of automotive products, sales processes, and market trends.

Ability to analyze data and make informed strategic decisions.

Proficient in sales management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid driver’s license and ability to work flexible hours as needed.
