Shift Leader Responsibilities Our Shift Leaders collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They provide coaching and feedback, open and close the store with minimal supervision, and help maintain a safe, clean, and high-quality store environment. Shift Leaders are ready to lead and grow their careers, with many General Managers having started as Shift Leaders or Team Members. Whats a Day in the Life of a Shift Leader? As a Shift Leader, you help set the morale and tone of the team, ensure quality food and beverages, and maintain a positive guest experience. Ranges reflect employer expectations for the position.
