Shift Leader Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader for its stores. Responsibilities Collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. Take charge and set the morale and tone of the team. Provide feedback and coach team members when needed. Open and close the store with little or no supervision. Ensure the quality of the food and beverages served. Maintain a safe and clean store environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 18 years old or older. Ability to work varied hours, including early shifts (as early as 3 a.m.) and weekends. Must pass background check as required by local, state, and federal law. Must possess or obtain a ServSafe Certification before completing leadership training. Possession of a valid, state‑issued driver’s license is preferred but only required at specific locations. Hourly Rate: $14.57 – $21.86 per hour. Starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage regulations.
