Shift Manager

Description Shift managers are trained to perform the duties of crew members and shift leaders, with additional responsibility for directing daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence. This includes ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation such as product preparation, delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team management, inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned. The pay for this position is $19–21/hour, plus tips, bonus, and a free employee shift meal. Responsibilities Perform all duties performed by crew members and shift leaders. Direct daily operations of the restaurant in the General Manager’s absence. Ensure compliance with company standards in product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management. Complete additional duties as required or assigned. Qualifications Preferred: 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a food‑service or retail environment. Strong focus on creating a great workplace for the team.
