ServSafe Certification is preferred. Be able to open and close the restaurant (paid training will accomplish this) Work at least 40 hours a week Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays Lead a team of 20-30 people simultaneously Adhere to Chick‑fil‑A and NC DHEC Food Safety standards Exhibit exceptional customer service/hospitality characteristics Be servant‑hearted and humble, must be coachable and willing to learn Lead and assist in operations in such a way to effectively meet established labor cost, food cost and customer service metric goals Believe in a total team mentality with expectations to spend time performing FOH and BOH functions and other duties assigned by the Owner/Operator, Directors, and other leaders including cooking, cleaning, food preparation and serving guests Coach team members to maintain consistency in food and service to increase sales and continuously improve hospitality Work in conjunction with all management to enforce compliance with all employment policies in areas of responsibility Review and monitor financial and operating performance of the restaurant; develop and implement action plans to correct inadequate performance Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry Strong coaching and leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment Demonstrated ability to manage a team and administrative responsibilities simultaneously Take direction from Senior Leadership effectively and implement changes as needed Stay up to date with all communication avenues to remain informed about organizational updates Lead and manage a team of up to 30 people, ensuring a cohesive and productive work environment Effectively manage administrative responsibilities alongside operational requirements Demonstrate effective communication skills, particularly in challenging situations and within a diverse team NOTE: This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities or qualifications associated with the job.
