Your Role The Specialist, Sales Mid-End plays a key role in supporting the Company's Sales Mid-End organization by providing business analysis, operational support, performance reporting, and cross-functional coordination across sales, channel development, and strategic business initiatives. This role is responsible for delivering data-driven insights, developing business reporting tools, supporting sales enablement and channel growth, and improving operational efficiency through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized, with strong financial acumen, advanced data analysis skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis: Analyze sales, marketing, and operational data to support business decisions and improve performance. Reporting & Dashboard Management: Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools to improve business visibility and insights. Financial Analysis: Support financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance evaluation. Channel Support:Enable Channel Development from Sales Mid-end, designinitiatives by coordinating sales enablement activities and tracking performance. Business Reporting: Prepare presentations, management reports, and business materials for internal and external stakeholders. Robotics Business Support: Support robotics business initiatives through project coordination, data analysis, performance tracking, and operational reporting. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Robotics teams to execute strategic initiatives and improve business performance.
