Post Production Supervisor

Help shape the future of video storytelling across some of the most iconic media brands. As a Post Production Supervisor on the Central Video team, you'll play a critical role in bringing high-quality content to life-ensuring every frame meets the highest creative and technical standards.

Requirements
Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)
- 5 years of experience in a post-production environment, ideally in a supervisory or lead capacity
- Proven experience delivering video content in a broadcast and/or digital media environment
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues and support post-production workflows
- Experience working with graphics workflows, including testing and implementing MOGRT files
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong quality control mindset
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Experience mentoring or managing editors or junior team members
- Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Frame.io, Airtable, Media Shuttle, or similar systems is a plus
- Experience working across multiple brands or stakeholders is preferred
- Hybrid schedule with in-office presence in New York City 4 days per week
