As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll provide essential expertise in behavioral assessment, consultation, and data-driven decision-making within an itinerant structure. Your leadership will foster positive outcomes for students through comprehensive evaluation and targeted support.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with school psychologists to enhance Full Individual and Initial Evaluations (FIIE)
• Administer specialized behavioral and skill assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and AFLS
• Conduct direct observations and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Offer consultative guidance to address nuanced skill deficits and behavioral challenges
• Support school teams in implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions
• Maintain clear, detailed documentation and contribute to multidisciplinary reports
• Travel among campuses within assigned regions as needed

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Texas BCBA license required
• Demonstrated school-based experience preferred
• Proven knowledge of specialized assessment tools (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS)
• Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Comprehensive understanding of data collection for evaluative and intervention purposes
• Fingerprinting through the Texas Education Agency (TEA) required prior to start, if not previously completed within another Texas school district
