Support HVAC estimating and project coordination. Elite Heating and Cooling is hiring an HVAC Estimator to support an overloaded estimating department and help manage a steady flow of new construction opportunities. This is a technical estimating role with project coordination responsibilities, serving as a go-between with general contractors and superintendents in the field. The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering background and wants to grow within HVAC estimating in a hands-on, fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities * Prepare HVAC estimates for new construction projects * Support commercial and residential estimating efforts * Coordinate with general contractors and field superintendents * Review plans, specs, and project requirements * Assist with takeoffs, pricing, and scope development * Help keep estimating workflows organized and on schedule Qualifications * Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent, HVAC estimating experience required * HVAC internship or related estimating experience preferred * Strong analytical and organizational skills * Ability to communicate professionally with GCs and field teams * Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities Pay and Benefits * Full-Time.
