- Trigger Point/Joint Injections, Skin/Tissue Biopsy
- Suturing of Minor Lacerations, Incision & Drainage
- Employment Physicals, Disability Exams, Prenatal Care
- Diagnosis & Management of Common Industrial-Related Medical Problems
Emergency Supplies Available:
- Defibrillator, Airway, IV Supplies, Etc.
No. of Exam Rooms: 2-3 (per provider)
Lab & X-Ray Onsite
No. of Beds: 186

Requirements:
OH License
BC/BE
BLS, ACLS
Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate?
