Engineering Manager| CNC ManufacturingI'm partnering with a manufacturing client seeking an Engineering Manager to lead engineering strategy, process improvement, and technical operations within a high-precision CNC manufacturing environment.This is an opportunity for a hands-on engineering leader who thrives in continuous improvement, machining/process optimization, team development, and operational excellence.Compensation: $110K to $130K Onsite Role in Central Illinois FULL Relocation Assistance AvailableWhat You'll Own:Engineering leadership & department strategyCNC manufacturing process optimization & continuous improvement initiativesProgramming, cycle time reduction, tooling performance, and setup improvementsTeam leadership, training, coaching, and performance developmentProject management, documentation, process controls & engineering standardsDriving efficiency, cost reduction, and operational excellence across the shop floorIdeal Background:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering6+ years of CNC manufacturing / engineering leadership experienceStrong background in G-Code programming, process engineering, tooling, blueprint reading, GD&T, and machining operationsExperience leading teams, solving complex manufacturing challenges, and improving production performanceBonus points for experience with Plex software, NDT inspections, 5S methodology, and advanced manufacturing process improvements.If you're an engineering leader open to relocation — or know someone who is — I'd love to connect.
