You'll lead full-cycle recruitment for high-profile and hard-to-fill positions, sourcing qualified candidates through innovative strategies and relationship-building.** This is a hybrid role (3 days in office) based in Downers Grove, IL, with additional consideration for candidates based in Bellevue, WA; Overland Park, KS; or Frisco, TX. Candidates in Herndon, VA or Parsippany, NJ may be considered on a limited basis. For internal candidates currently in our Recruiting organization, we will also consider our CEC locations. **Job Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to offers and onboardingBuild trusted partnerships with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their talent needsCreate and implement innovative sourcing strategies to target passive and hard-to-reach candidatesUse market insights and data to influence hiring decisions and set clear expectationsChampion recruiting innovation by evaluating and integrating AI tools that improve recruiter productivity, sourcing effectiveness, and the overall candidate and hiring manager experienceLead and implement process improvements across Talent Acquisition to enhance candidate and hiring manager experienceCoach and mentor junior recruiters, helping to set the standard across the teamCreate and deliver compelling candidate experiences that reflect our brand and valuesRequired Qualifications: 4-7+ years proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a corporate, mid-to-large size environment; including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding across multiple business functionsExperience recruiting for enterprise or complex B2B sales organizations (e.g., Account Executives, Client Partners, Sales Leadership) with a working understanding of quota-carrying sales dynamics and enterprise sales cyclesStrong sourcing skills, including cold calling, Boolean/advanced search techniques, competitive research, passive candidate engagement, and advanced networking; proficiency in tools such as LinkedinRecruiter and comparable sourcing platformsAbility to build relationships and influence decisions at all levels, including executive leadershipCritical thinking with a deep understanding of workforce planning and talent market dynamicsDemonstrated experience using AI driven tools and technologies to enhance sourcing effectiveness, streamline recruiting processes, and improve the overall candidate and stakeholder experience.Exceptional communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation—to engage both candidates and hiring managersExperience with Workday and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing prioritiesHigh level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when dealing with confidential informationPreferred Qualifications: T-Mobile recruiting experience preferredAt least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United StatesTravel:Travel Required (Yes/No): YesDOT Regulated:DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No): NoSafety Sensitive Position (Yes/No): NoTotal Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $94,990 - $171,350National Base Pay Range: $82,600 - $149,000The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results. The base pay range reflects the compensation component of this opportunity. The candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. To find the pay range for this role based on hiring location, T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance. The incentive component included in the Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity reflects target performance.
