Employment type: Full time
Compensation: Base salary range of 125,000 – 145,000 (USD), plus discretionary bonus. Actual pay will be based on experience, skills, and internal equity.

About the Role
We are seeking a Structured Finance Origination Executive & KYC Coordinator to support our Structured Finance Origination team in the Americas. This role combines high level executive support with hands on involvement in transaction onboarding, KYC, and deal administration, working closely with originators, analysts, clients, and internal partners.

You will be at the center of our deal flow, helping to keep transactions moving smoothly while ensuring that documentation, systems, and approvals are accurate and up to date. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced banking professional who enjoys a mix of coordination, client interaction, and regulatory/process work.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate onboarding and KYC processes for new and existing structured finance transactions, partnering with clients, Compliance, and internal stakeholders.
• Support the closing process for new deals by organizing documentation, tracking approvals, and assisting originators and analysts with transaction logistics.
• Maintain accurate and timely data in internal deal systems and pipelines, ensuring our pipeline and reporting tools are always current.
• Liaise with key internal teams (Loan Management, Portfolio Management, Finance, Treasury, Agency, Compliance, Swap Desk, and others) to gather and share transaction information.
• Assist with the preparation and coordination of regulatory and head?office documentation, including MiFID?related materials for swap transactions.
• Provide executive and team support to the Head of SF Origination and Originators, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
• Help organize internal and client meetings, training sessions, and occasional team events.
• Conduct light research on clients, markets, and transactions to support the team’s business development and portfolio management efforts.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years of experience in banking or financial services, ideally within structured finance, corporate banking, or a similar product area.
• Practical experience with client onboarding and KYC in a regulated financial institution.
• Prior experience supporting senior bankers or executives, with strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working with clients, internal stakeholders, and external counsel.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast?paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); familiarity with expense/travel tools and banking systems is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
