Business Development Manager - Interior Design & FF&E Sales

Business Development Manager – Interior Design & FF&E Sales We are seeking a driven Sales Representative to expand our vinyl-coated seating solutions in the hospitality and fast-food / retail interiors sectors. This role focuses on building strong relationships with design professionals, FF&E buyers, and procurement leads to drive adoption of high-performance brands and materials. Responsibilities Identify and target new business opportunities in hospitality, QSR, hotel, and venue seating sectors. Educate and influence designers and specifiers on product benefits: durability, stain/antimicrobial resistance, fire safety, and customizable aesthetics. Manage end-to-end sales—from sample delivery to specification support to closing. Collaborate with internal R&D and technical teams to tailor solutions. Maintain accurate CRM tracking and deliver forecast reports. Required 3+ years in sales targeting “specifying audiences” in commercial interiors, hospitality, or retail seating markets. Technical fluency with vinyl/coated fabrics and related performance attributes. Established network with designers, FF&E consultants, architects, or hospitality procurement professionals. Self-starter able to manage remote territory and travel as needed. Nice to Have Experience in healthcare or transportation seating markets. Familiarity with antimicrobial and flame-retardant fabrics.
