Are you an accomplished hospitality leader looking for an opportunity with a respected restaurant group in New Orleans? We are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations, develop a talented team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience in an upscale, high-energy setting.

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities

Direct day-to-day restaurant activities while ensuring efficient and profitable performance
Champion service standards and product quality while maintaining extensive menu knowledge
Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, including marketing, HR, and sales
Hire, coach, develop, and motivate a strong management and service team
Oversee financial performance, budgeting, reconciliations, labor, and administrative functions
Implement company standards while reinforcing the restaurant’s culture, values, and connection to the local community
Identify opportunities to improve guest satisfaction, team performance, and overall profitability

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of management experience in upscale or elevated dining
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver consistently high service standards
Excellent communication, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities
Comfortable working with restaurant technology, financial reporting, and operational systems
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accountability
Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
