About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Global Operations, Customer Engagement Lead to play a key role in redefining and enhancing the global customer engagement strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating various platforms and operating models to ensure a seamless and scalable customer engagement ecosystem. This includes leading the end-to-end integration of content hub, subscriptions, digital commerce, MarTech, CRM, and business operations. The role demands a senior leader with a proven track record in managing multi-team organizations, driving enterprise-scale transformations, and a deep understanding of omnichannel engagement and digital business models. The candidate must be adept at fostering cross-functional collaboration, leading through influence, and have a strong executive presence. Key responsibilities for this role at the company include owning the customer engagement execution model, shaping the market engagement model, and leading a service-oriented customer engagement organization. The role also requires the candidate to have a strong business acumen, be results-oriented, and have the ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 12 years of experience in a senior leadership role, and a background in the animal health business or a related field. The candidate should be a strategic thinker, with excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to drive change and innovation.
