Description:

This position provides general office assistance to the department. It is a great place to start learning about title and escrow services with the opportunity to grow within the company. Successful candidates are responsible punctual personable detailed and positive with a professional attitude.

Typical duties of the position may include:

Answering multiple phone lines and directing calls

Greeting and assisting customers

Receiving distributing and replying to emails as needed

Using typical office equipment such as copiers scanners and fax machines

The Office Assistant may be assigned additional tasks in support of the
departments goals

Job requirements

Strong oral and written communication skills

High level of organizational skills and attention to detail

Basic computer skills with working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
