Client: Entertainment Provider Title: Auditor Expense

Duration: 07 Months (Potential Extension/Conversion)

Schedule: Nashville, TN 37201 - Onsite - 5 days/week

Pay Range: ($25 - $28) on an hourly basis.

Overview:

• The Auditor will review, analyze, and monitor employee expense reports within Con_cur Travel & Expense (T&E) and Fusion Expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and identifying potential risks or policy violations.

Responsibilities:

• Review and audit domestic and international expense reports in Con_cur and Ora_cle Fusion Expenses.
• Identify policy violations, assess risk, and prioritize findings.
• Communicate audit results and recommendations to management.
• Educate employees on T&E policies and resolve compliance issues.
• Provide support and guidance for expense report submissions.
• Generate and analyze reports related to expense management, corporate card programs, and compliance trends.
• Create and modify queries in Con_cur and Ora_cle Fusion to support audits and reporting..

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Con_cur (software).
• Experience auditing or reviewing expense reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Con_cur, MS Excel, and Word.

Preferred:

• Experience with Ora_cle Fusion Expenses.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Access, and Visio.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working cross-functionally and independently.
• Knowledge of finance, procurement, sourcing, and compliance processes.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
