Field Reimbursement Manager, Oncology

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on patient support programs, access tools, and reimbursement services
• Communicate specialty pharmacy networks, distribution options, and white-bagging support mechanisms
• Advise providers on payer policies, coding changes, and appropriate claims submission processes
• Establish and maintain relationships with assigned territory healthcare providers
• Report payer trends and market insights to internal Patient Services and account management teams

Requirements

• Oncology or hematology-oncology experience with physician-administered therapies and reimbursement
• Demonstrated expertise in coverage, coding, billing, prior authorization, and patient support operations
• Strong understanding of Medicare Parts A, B, C, D and associated reimbursement dynamics
• Ability to communicate technical coding and billing requirements across care settings
• Healthcare industry representative credentialing eligibility and good standing status
• Bachelor's degree and valid driver's license
• 5+ years of access, reimbursement, or account management experience (preferred)
