Job Responsibilities:

• Safely operate electric-powered industrial trucks equipped with lifting devices.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
• Transport and position materials using forklifts, ensuring accurate placement and storage.
• Replenish shelves based on product numbers and scan tags for location verification.
• Inventory materials and maintain organized stock levels.
• Load and unload materials from pallets, skids, or lifting devices, documenting processes as required.
• Comply with company policies and maintain regular work attendance.
• Participate in cross-training opportunities to expand skill sets.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Licensed to operate lift equipment (internal or external training).
• 3 months experience operating High Reach Fork Lift equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally with assistance.
• Basic English proficiency for verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Preferences:

• Two to three years of forklift experience on sit-down and stand-up models.
• Two years of warehouse experience using RF scan guns.
• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Basic mathematical skills.

Work Environment: Exposure to powders, chemicals, and allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, milk, dairy, eggs, wheat, gluten, soy, fish, and shellfish).
