Overview

Alo's Senior Manager of International Retail Marketing will support the planning and execution of ALO's global retail expansion, owning end-to-end project management of international store openings from concept through launch. Serving as the operational backbone behind each opening, you will translate creative vision and Marketing strategy into high-impact store launches that drive awareness, affinity, and new country growth. You will build scalable processes to support our rapid expansion and partner cross-functionally with teams across the business to deliver seamless, on-brand experiences. This role will manage budgets, all aspects of production, timelines, time zones, vendors, and complex logistics with local nuance—ensuring every international retail opening is better than the last.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Strong organizational abilities with impeccable attention to detail, with ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-starter with experience facilitating programming from ideation through execution that thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
• Creative thinker and problem solver — always looking beyond available options with a finger on the pulse of new strategy and concepts
• A systems-driven thinker that can turn ambiguity into clear plans
• Excellent communicator, with skills and ability to cross functionally collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Comfortable consistently working across multiple time zones and navigating cultural nuances
• Willingness to travel frequently to support event activations + new store openings
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva/Pitch, Asana, budget management, and project management tools

The base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $145,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company's total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
