Litigation Attorney

Seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney for a boutique real estate law firm in Irvine, California.

AWB Law, PC is a boutique law firm that helps property owners and landlords defend their rights. As a small firm, we focus on providing our clients with quality legal services to help them overcome their legal real estate challenges.

As a Litigation Associate Attorney with our firm, you will work directly with clients to assist in providing legal solutions to the needs and concerns regarding their real property. You will also work closely with our legal team to ensure that our clients are being given timely and high-quality legal services.

The pay range is $200,000-$250,000 a year, depending on experience. New employees are eligible for generous health benefits, PTO, and sick days after 90 days.

AWB Law offers remote work for this position. In office work space is available for individuals who prefer to work in office.

We are looking for a “Type A” team player who wants to be part of a growing business. The person we hire must bring a positive energy and an open minded attitude to our team.

Our ideal Litigation Attorney has:

* Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited legal institution
* Licensed by and in good standing with the California State Bar
* At least ten (10) years’ experience practicing as an attorney.
* Litigation experience is required.
* Commercial Landlord-Tenant law knowledge and experience is a plus.
* Demonstrated experience appearing at court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials is required
* Verified California driver’s license and reliable transportation
* Be able to occasionally attend meetings in our Irvine office

We need a competent and professional Litigation Associate Attorney who can:

* Conduct research and analysis of legal problems
* Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for clients
* Provide legal support and guidance to clients
* Communicate and build collaborative professional relationships with clients
* Respond to inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
* Prepare and file legal documents (including, but not limited to, pleadings, motions, complaints)
* Effectively manage a caseload with the assistance of a legal team
* Adhere to firm processes, procedures, and practices
