Solution Sales Specialist - MedTech Commercial Field Solutions

IQVIA seeks a Solution Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth for assigned MedTech products through consultative selling, account management, and strategic business development with pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.
Responsibilities
- Achieve revenue targets through consultative sales approach addressing client business needs
- Develop account planning strategy with Account Directors for assigned product area
- Create and present client proposals that win business opportunities
- Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing customers across IQVIA portfolio
- Gather market intelligence and provide strategic feedback to internal teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
- Eight years of sales or account management experience
- Deep knowledge of IQVIA specialty products and client business processes
- Strong presentation, writing, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record closing new business and managing client relationships
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry marketplace and IQVIA offerings
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment
Compensation: $89,900–$250,400 base
