Job Description Under general supervision, the Admin Support 2 in the General Support job family performs a wide range of secretarial, clerical, and administrative support functions to ensure the efficient operation of a unit or office. This position involves processing documents, data entry, and the use of standard office equipment, all while adhering to the guidance of a clerical or administrative supervisor. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Complete tasks and assignments related to various administrative support functions, such as licensure, personnel, purchasing, records management, and inventory. Provide clerical support, including typing, filing, ordering supplies, and sorting mail. Assist within assigned functional areas, including processing transactions, reviewing applications, scheduling training, managing facility maintenance, reconciling financial records, and assessing/collecting fees for programs. Offer general clerical support to the office, including data entry/maintenance, document copying/distribution, and maintaining record-keeping and filing systems. Provide secretarial and administrative support to upper-level managers, demonstrating independent judgment and initiative. Position Requirements High school diploma or GED. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position. Additional qualifications may be required by the agency.
