We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician I who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and helping keep a high-performing manufacturing facility operating safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be a key member of our operations team responsible for maintaining and improving the equipment that keeps our plant running.

You'll:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability
• Troubleshoot production equipment and identify root causes of failures
• Install, modify, and maintain electrical components, wiring, controls, and conduit systems
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
• Work on pumps, gearboxes, motors, compressors, blowers, conveyors, valves, and rotating equipment
• Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to minimize downtime
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Help ensure safe, efficient operations through strong communication and teamwork

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of industrial or multi-craft maintenance experience
• Strong commitment to safety
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and solve technical problems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Technical Skills We Value

• Electrical troubleshooting (single-phase and three-phase systems)
• Mechanical repair and preventive maintenance
• Hydraulics and pneumatics
• Pipe fitting and basic fabrication
• Motors, pumps, gearboxes, reducers, seals, and rotating equipment
• Industrial hand tools and power tools
• Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) methodologies
• Preventive and predictive maintenance practices
• SAP maintenance systems experience

Bonus Experience

• 480V electrical systems
• NFPA 70E and Arc Flash safety practices
• Industrial heating and cooling systems
• Building maintenance systems
• Reliability-centered maintenance programs

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds safely
• Bend, kneel, stoop, climb, and work overhead
• Work in varying temperatures and industrial conditions
• Work rotating 8-hour or 12-hour shift schedules
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks using tools and equipment
