OverviewRevere Staffing Partnersis looking for Metal Fabrictors in Austintown, OH! We are looking for skilled individuals who are passionate about working with metal and have a keen eye for detail. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw materials into high-quality products, ensuring precision and excellence in every piece you create. Responsibilities- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Operate various metal fabrication tools and machinery, including welders, cutters, and grinders.
- Measure and cut metal materials to precise dimensions using appropriate techniques.
- Assemble metal components and structures, ensuring accuracy and quality in workmanship.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to meet industry standards and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving fabrication issues as they arise.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in metal fabrication is a plus.
- Proven experience as a metal fabricator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of metal properties and fabrication techniques.
- Proficient in using hand tools and machinery related to metal fabrication.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to adhere to safety standards and protocols at all times.
