TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Zanesville, Ohio, 43701!

Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) Telemetry/Step-Down – Ohio

Start Date: November 16, 2026

Location: Central Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), 36 hours per week, every other weekend required. No call requirement.

Highlights:

• Work primarily on a Comprehensive Medical Unit with occasional float to various Med-Surg units including Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, and Emergency Department
• Utilize Epic EMR system for all documentation and patient care coordination
• Telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation required daily
• 13-week contract assignment with potential for extension
• Collaborative nursing team environment with structured orientation
• Facility reserves the right to cancel up to 36 hours per 13-week contract period

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Minimum 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Step-Down experience
• Demonstrated proficiency with Epic EMR system (competency testing required)
• Ability to independently read and interpret cardiac telemetry (competency testing on day one)
• Flexibility to float between multiple Med-Surg specialty units as needed
