A Popeyes® Cook helps deliver the bold, crave-worthy flavor guests come back for. You'll prepare, cook, and finish menu items with care while following our recipes, food safety standards, and quality expectations. From busy rushes to smooth service moments, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences through Popeyes® famous Cajun Hospitality.

Whether you're experienced or just starting out, you'll be supported by a team that takes pride in great food, great service, and a fun, fast-paced workplace.

What You'll Do

• Cook and assemble menu items using established recipes and cooking procedures
• Maintain quality and consistency, including seasoning, portioning, and presentation
• Follow food safety and cleanliness standards to keep the kitchen running smoothly
• Help keep stations stocked and organized throughout your shift
• Work as part of a team to deliver fast, friendly service to every Guest

REQUIREMENTS

• Cook menu items fast and accurately while keeping Popeyes standards front and center.
• Follow recipes, portioning, and prep guides to deliver bold flavor every shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized station using strict food safety and sanitation practices.
• Work the line confidently during peak rushes with speed, focus, and teamwork.
• Monitor food quality and freshness, rotating ingredients and meeting temperature requirements.
• Handle food storage, labeling, and inventory checks to reduce waste and ensure consistency.
• Use kitchen equipment safely, including grills, fryers, ovens, and slicers.
• Support production needs by prepping ingredients and completing closing tasks reliably.
• Be ready to work flexible full-time or part-time schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
